that it will issue an invoice to you. it will take a picture of your license plate and send it to your home address and you can pay the toll within 21 days. if you do not pay within 21 days, you will have to pay a toll. this is confusing to some people and i had a chance to talk to someone from the bridge district earlier this morning and she had one overriding message to commuters coming in. >> the other message will be keep moving. if you do not have a fasttrack account you will get a toll and boys in the mail. this is then hold a level of toll payment that we are adding. if you do not do anything you will get an invoice or a bill in the mail. that will be due within the 21 day time frame. >> they are hoping to save money, $16 million over the
